| Description: | Price includes prepping of new machine purchased from Nellcom. Service includes doing backup of old machine if one exists. Windows updates and patches are installed on new machine. System tweaks are performed, trial-ware software is uninstalled, and startup is properly configured. This gives the machine a “great start” and will increase overall performance. Rate includes price on installing new or existing printer. The backup and prepping is done only at a Nellcom location.

More Than Three User Accounts: $129.00 is charged for all virus and spyware removal on computers that have more than 3 user accounts. Virus removal with more than 3 accounts is NOT performed onsite. These machines need to be worked on at a Nellcom facility. No Virus removal is performed onsite with customers using a Dial-Up connection. |

| Description: | Price includes repair or re-soldering of laptop D/C jack. In some instances, the A/C adapter will need replaced. Price of adapter (if needed) is not included. Price of jack is included in the above price.
Note: Replacement of D/C jacks can sometimes result in a motherboard failure. It is uncommon that this happens, but in the event that this does happen, a release form needs to be signed before a jack replacement is performed. If board failure results from this service, no fee will be charged to the customer, however, we are not responsible for a replacement board or new laptop if new board is not available. |

| Description: | Price includes running diagnostics on hardware. This fee includes running tests on all computer hardware to determine faulty hardware, software, or peripheral troubleshooting.
Note: No diagnostic fee will ever be charged if any work is performed on a computer. |

| Description: | Price includes installation of new DSL or Cable Internet setup. Price of parts are not included but are usually provided by ISP. Does not include troubleshooting of existing Internet service issues. New installations or conversions only.
Verizon DSL: Customer need to have their PPPOE username and password in advance. If a Nellcom technician needs to call Verizon for this information, an additional $35.00 will be charged. |

75.00/HR Commercial (Minimum of one hour) – Only when flat rate does not imply

25.00 – Helper rate – price per each technician when more than one technician is on the same job.
